Your Privacy is our utmost concern, we therefore do not share your details with any other company or persons full stop.
All Jewellery will arrive packaged in a Black Velvet Box ready for gift giving. It will be wrapped tissue paper, tied with a pretty ribbon and shipped in a bubble wrap padded envelopes.
All Jewellery posted within the UK is shipped using Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Special Delivery depending on value of item, for tracking and proof of delivery. A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer with tracking details.
All Jewellery posted internationally depending on value is shipped using First Class Airmail or International Signed For, for tracking and proof of delivery. A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer with tracking details.
In the event of an item arriving broken or not reaching its destination we will endeavour to either replace the item or refund all monies. If an item should arrive broken it should be sent back within 7 days if the item is within the UK. Anywhere else in the world 14 days.
